Water Sensitive Urban Design assessments that show how your development manages stormwater — prepared for council planning applications.
What we deliver
Stormwater treatment that meets council targets
Many Victorian councils require a WSUD assessment for multi-dwelling and other developments. We model your stormwater treatment options and document them in a council-ready report.
- Stormwater treatment assessment (e.g. STORM rating)
- Options such as rainwater tanks, raingardens and permeable paving
- WSUD report and plan mark-ups for the planning application
- Revisions when council asks for changes
FAQ
Common questions
When is a WSUD report needed?
Usually for planning applications where council stormwater policy applies, such as multi-dwelling developments. The council’s requirements decide the scope.
Can you do the BESS/SDA at the same time?
Yes. WSUD is often part of the same council ESD requirements, so we can prepare both together.
